Kimi Does it for Ferrari!!!

Raikkonen has secured Ferrari their first driver title of the post-Schumacher era by beating two time world champion Alonso and latest sensation Lewis Hamilton. Though he has started this season with a victory in Melbourne, it felt like the competition was slipping away from him when his teammate Mazza and the McLaren Duos won the races in the middle season. During that time, he was half the points down that of the Championship Leader Lewis Hamilton, and his title hopes were almost one in a hundred. More pain has been added to the wound when the reliability problem with the Ferrari caused him serious damages. But things were turned around when he reached France. There onwards luck was with him and he started reducing the points gap between him and Hamilton. When he reached Brazil, he was Seven points adrift of Championship leader Hamilton and the 3 points of Alonso, he not only need a first place to seal his championship, but miserable unluck to the competitor McLaren. When his Ferrari teammate Mazza took the pole and Hamilton in the second grid, experts has given a remote chance for Kimi.. But everything has come in favor of Kimi when Mazza has defended the young rookie in the First Curve (Senna Curve) and made way for Kimi to take an edge on Hamilton. He has capitalized that and moved to the second position. In between, Hamilton has lost another position, when Alonso overtook him. But an unwanted aggressive move from Hamilton has paid him so badly, when he suffered some electronic failure and pulled back to 18th position because of this. When Kimi was in second position and Philipe was leading the race, the two pit stops from Ferrari team were amazing to watch. They have perfectly orchestrated Kimi’s overtaking. Kimi finished in the first position and Philippe took the second slot. Two time world champion, Alonso finished third and one point behind Kimi in the driver’s title. Unlucky Hamilton finished in the 7th position, but not enough to overcome Kimi in the driver’s championship point tally. Atlast, the “real teammates” have something to cheer about…. Kimi has proved, why he has been signed as a successor of Schumi!!! Well done Kimi!!! Well Done Mazza!! Well Done Ferrari!!! And Ferrari Does it again!!!
